International Shipping
We are now shipping internationally to New Zealand, United States, Canada + United Kingdom!
All orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be shipped SAME DAY (excluding public holidays and weekends) Any order placed after 2pm will be shipped the following business day eg after 2pm Friday will be shipped Monday. At the moment we are starting off with a flat rate to each country.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Some international shipments may be charged a customs duties + taxes fee depending on the country and invoice amount. PLEASE NOTE that the receiver is responsible for the customs charge.
TRACKING
You'll be notified with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled, so you can keep eye on the progress of your delivery. Don't forget to check your junk/spam folder. If you did not receive your tracking number - please email us at hello@1111beautypro.com and we will give it to you. Our shipping tracking times on the checkout page act as a guide.
Please also take into consideration that couriers can come across unexpected delays - please allow an extra few days for your delivery to get too you. This also includes over busy shipping periods like Christmas, Black Friday etc
WHAT IF MY PARCEL HAS BEEN RETURNED?
Please make sure that the correct name, address, contact number and email or provided when you check out. Please note we cannot send to PO boxes so an alternate address will need to be provided. If your parcel has been returned we can either resend or refund your order. We can only do so once we have received it back at our warehouse. We will email you to notify you when its returned and give you the option for a refund or we can resend it to you (please note that a shipping fee will incur)
